Please plan to attend one of the Kansas Dept. of Transportation (KDOT) Local Consult Meetings scheduled in September and October. This is an opportunity for Rail Passengers members to request, provide input and prioritize potential expansion and modernization projects. It also provides the opportunity to strengthen local partnerships and demonstrate which KDOT programs matter most to our communities and the state.
These meetings provide the best opportunity for Rail Passengers members to show support for the HEARTLAND FLYER EXTENSION project. The Northern Flyer Alliance has promoted this development through legislation, grants, consultation, and lobbying. Please help and contribute to this effort by registering to attend.
